Funding

The majority of our work at Lloyds PR Solicitors is carried out on a legal aid basis. This means that the whole or part of your case will be paid for by public funds, subject to the approval of the Legal Services Commission. In order to obtain legal aid funding you will be required to fill out legal aid forms and we will provide assistance in doing so, to ensure that we secure any funding that you are entitled to.

We are happy to carry out private work and take great care in ensuring that each and every client’s needs are properly assessed and met. We will take a step-by-step process making sure that you are fully aware of the costs of your entire case and its progress through the criminal justice system. Obtaining private legal representation is not as unattainable as many may think and we will be happy to meet with you and give you a frank and honest estimate of costs for your entire case; ensuring first class representation at an affordable rate.

In the event of a successful outcome, some or all of the legal costs in privately paid cases may be recovered from central funds.
